Fried chicken, toasty waffles, maple syrup, spicy hot sauce (though optional, highly recommended). A Harlem invention dating back to the 1940's and quite possibly the best meal on earth. Mmmm....chicken'n waffles. As a Harlem resident, I've dedicated the title of this blog to my love for fried chicken and waffles.
